The portal
Protrack is the portal of Carrier Distribution Italy for the management of offers. We stepped in to improve its performance and usability and permit the monitoring and reporting of data.
As a result, it is now quicker to enter data and read and analyse the data in a clear and effective manner.
The portal is connected to SAP for access to the master data and there are tabs that divide the process and summarise the most important information, helping the user during the process of data entry.
The economic value of the offers, for each product entered, is updated in the “Cart” section. This feature is now present on all e-commerce and booking sites and has been chosen to make the portal more user-friendly.
