All data relating to people entering and exiting the premises via the Online Reception Totem are collected on the company portal created by us specifically for Beijer Ref Italy.

Frequent visitors are stored in a register in order to speed up their entry.

The entrance of each guest can be monitored and in case of emergency you can quickly view the list of people present at the company.

Each guest can choose whether to sign up for corporate communications. The contacts will be treated according to the GDPR regulation.

COMMISSIONS and ERP SYSTEM

The Beijer Ref Italy portal is now better than ever with the new function, intended for the administrative area and integrated into the company’s ERP system, which makes the calculation of Commissions both faster and safer. The solution allows one to manage individual sales, with the ability to map brokers and agents and manage multi-zonal customers. The calculation of commissions, and therefore also the calculations for Enasarco and FISC, are automated.

The latest feature of the Beijer Ref management system, for the Carrier Air Conditioning area, is a plus that helps the network of service centres in the management of spare parts. When searching for a specific product, the user will see the design of all its individual parts in an exploded drawing.

This will allow the user to recognise and view the parts he needs before placing an order.
