All data relating to people entering and exiting the premises via the Online Reception Totem are collected on the company portal created by us specifically for Beijer Ref Italy.

Frequent visitors are stored in a register in order to speed up their entry.

The entrance of each guest can be monitored and in case of emergency you can quickly view the list of people present at the company.

Each guest can choose whether to sign up for corporate communications. The contacts will be treated according to the GDPR regulation.

COMMISSIONS and ERP SYSTEM

The Beijer Ref Italy portal is now better than ever with the new function, intended for the administrative area and integrated into the company’s ERP system, which makes the calculation of Commissions both faster and safer.
